What you can expect for our visit

Here you will find information that will let you know what to expect for our first visit. 

I do my absolute best to arrive on time.  Due to the nature of mobile work, I do ask for a 1 HOUR window.  If I am running late I will let you know and I will always text with an ETA when I am on my way.

I don’t wear scrubs to appointments.  I find that animals are more comfortable with me when I am not in uniform.  It's a simple thing I can do to make the visit more enjoyable for them.

When I arrive for the first visit, we will chat a bit for me to get to know your pet a little better, and for them to sniff and check me out.  I like to exist in their space for a little bit before jumping right into it.  I will more than likely sit on the floor (on their level) and there will be lots of treats as long as that is ok with you.  I only use high grade ethically sourced treats.  For the kitty patients I do offer homegrown organic catnip from my own garden.  >^..^<

I am happy to accommodate special requests.  Just let me know what they are and I will do my best to oblige. I prefer to perform the tasks necessary wherever your pet is most comfortable.

🐾 Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details. Please be sure to mark the email as “not junk” so you get future emails from me like, appointment reminders, invoices and visit notes (if applicable). You will get an email reminder for each appointment. You do not need to complete an appointment request for future appointments, just shoot me a text.

 

🐾You can request to receive an email with a link or pdf. of the visit record the same day the treatment is performed.  Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you don’t see the email. If you have requested a copy be sent to your Veterinarian, a pdf. will be emailed to them the same day.

🐾 Cancellations; please allow at least 24 hours for cancellations. It can be very difficult to reschedule my driving route with short notice. I understand things come up. Please keep in mind that I am mobile, cover a large service area and plan my appointments/ driving times days in advance. 

🐾 Appointments are made in time blocks.  Due to the nature of mobile work; traffic, appointments taking longer than expected or going quicker than expected, your flexibility is greatly appreciated.  If you cannot be home during the entire time window, please let me know ahead of time.

🐾 Please notify me ahead of time if there are any parking restrictions I should be aware of the day of your visit.

🐾 Text is the best way to reach me.  If I don't respond right away I'm likely driving or with clients.  I will get back to you just as soon as I am able to.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.  I do not always check my phone after hours or on the weekends/holidays.  If you leave a message or text during off hours, I will get back to you the next business day.

🐾 I accept payment via; Cash, Check, Zelle & Venmo.
