Due to the nature of mobile work 12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments are often scheduled back to back, and mapped out for drive times the night before. If you cancel the same day, it leaves gaps in the schedule that cannot be filled and causes mapping issues.
The cancellation fee is the house call fee to your home.
