This Pet Sitting Agreement is made as of
(collectively "Pet Owner") and Pawsitively Housecalls / Erin Sanders ("Pet Sitter"), (each "Party" and collectively , the "Parties").
Time and Payment Pet Sitter shall care for the Pet Owner’s pet/s as identified and described below for the time period beginning
NO OVERNIGHTS.
The payment is due to the Pet Sitter on the date services begin and is to be paid via Cash/Check, Zelle or Wix Payments. Pet Owner also agrees to reimburse Pet Sitter for reasonable expenses incurred arising from/relating to pets mentioned in this agreement.
Injury and Indemnification. If the pet(s) described in Section 2 accidentally dies, becomes ill, injured, or lost, Pet Owner waives and releases Pet Sitter from any claim arising from such an incident. If the pet(s) bites or injures Pet Sitter, or any other human or animal, Pet Owner will be responsible for any resulting injury. In addition, Pet Owner shall hold harmless and indemnify Pet Sitter against any and all costs, expenses, losses, liabilities and claims arising out of or relating to any acts of the pet(s) except if arising out of the negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of the Pet Sitter.
Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either the Pet Owner or the Pet Sitter at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, by giving 2 (two) days written notice.
Governing Law. The terms of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Contractual Agreement

I authorize Pawsitively Housecalls to administer pet sitting / care services to my pet/s.

The Client will be responsible for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the pet care provider, or other persons or animals, by the pet. Client agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Pawsitively Housecalls, in the event of a claim by any person injured by the pet.

I agree to reimburse Pawsitively Housecalls for any additional fees for providing emergency care ($35/hr), as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected visits, transportation, housing, food, supplies, etc.

Pawsitively Housecalls is not responsible for security of the premises or loss if other individuals have access to the home during the term of this agreement.

The client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Pawsitively Housecalls, except those arising from negligence. Client agrees to notify Pawsitively Housecalls of any concerns within 24hrs of appointment.

It is understood that Pawsitively Housecalls is performing these services at my request or is acting under the indirect supervision of my veterinarian within my home. It is expressly understood that Pawsitively Housecalls cannot make any diagnoses, assessments, treatment plans, discuss the interpretations of test results, and/or change orders of any treatment plan. I authorize Pawsitively Housecalls to provide these treatments and/or tests in my absence.

Emergencies. If there is an emergency, Pet Sitter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Pet Owner with the information provided. If the Pet Owner is unable to be reached, the Pet Sitter will attempt to contact the emergency contact provided.
In addition, Pet Owner authorizes Pet Sitter to seek and obtain medical attention and treatment as deemed necessary by a Veterinarian.

I, have read, understand and agree to the above policies of Pawsitively Housecalls. I further understand that a copy of this agreement will be kept on file for documentation purposes. All policies are subject to change at the discretion of Pawsitively Housecalls.
